Question: Will courses run on a Mac or Linux computer? Can I use other mobile browsers like Opera?
Answer: All courses on the purchased through the Learning Studio run on Windows, Mac and Linux computers
through your Internet browser. You can use other mobile browsers like Opera, but you might experience
minor issues. We suggest you use our supported browsers for an optimal experience. Courses are displayed
in either a resolution of 1010 x 700 (regular screen) or 992 x 558 (wide screen).
Question: Do I need a minimum computer screen size?
Answer: Ideally, you should be viewing courses on a monitor that supports a resolution of 1024 x 768.
If your computer screen resolution is smaller, then you won't be able to view the entire course window
in your browser.
Question: Can I view and make purchases on the site using any browser? What about a mobile browser like
opera?
Answer: Site purchases can be made using any browser so long as it supports a secure https connection
with cookies enabled. If you are behind a firewall, then you must ensure that you accept the secure
connection to the Learning Studio site.
Question: What is e-Learning?
Answer: e-Learning or "electronic learning" represents any type of technology that uses the Internet
and computer technology to deliver and improve learning, training, and education.
Registration and Purchasing Support Questions
Question: Is it safe to purchase a course from the site?
Answer: The Learning Studio provides a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection with 128 bit protection
to ensure that your purchase information is never compromised. The Learning Studio does not store your
credit card information, and will only request that information if there is a dispute initiated by your
credit card company or as required by Federal and/or Provincial Law.
Question: What is the Learning Studio's return policy?
Answer: The Learning Studio is the merchant and transaction site for other sites selling online learning
products. Returns are generally handled through the originating purchase site, under a standard return
time within 30 days of the original date of purchase (or extension of purchase). Course account access
is valid for exactly 1 year from date of purchase unless an extension is also purchased.

e-Learning Course Questions
Question: I can't view a course. Are there hardware minimums for e-Learning courses?
Answer: e-Learning courses require a computer with an Internet browser and the ability to view, play,
and listen to video and audio files on your computer system.
Here is the list of minimum computer requirements to view a course:
Internet browser with Javascript and Cookies enabled
Your browser's pop-up blocker disabled or the Learning Studio added to the exception/allowed site list
for your browser
Internet Explorer: From the menu bar, select "Tools -> Internet Options" and click the
"Privacy" tab; either keep "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" unchecked or click "Settings"
and add http://learning.vantagepath.com to the exception list
Mozilla Firefox: From the menu bar, select "Tools -> Options" and click the "Content"
tab; either keep "Block pop-up windows" unchecked or click "Exceptions" and add
http://learning.vantagepath.com to the allowed list
Chrome: From the tool/wrench icon, select "Options" and click "Under the Hood" and
